Returns
We offer an exchange within the first 10 calender days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exempt Goods
- The following are exempt from exchange: or hygiene reasons, underwear (excluding bras), earrings for pierced ears, weaves & wigs and opened toiletries or cosmetics may not be returned or exchanged.
- Health or personal care items.
Refunds
We do not offer any refunds unless the customer has received wrong item that was not ordered.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
